The Griffonia extract titrated in 5-HTP (hydroxytryptophan) helps improve brain activity. 5-HTP is the most bioavailable form of tryptophan.
The Saffron extract helps naturally reduce mood disorders and regulate emotional balance (emotional, psychological fatigue ...).
Vitamin B6 helps to reduce fatigue, and also involved in psychological functions.
Magnesium participates in the functioning of the nervous system, for further action on welfare.

Recommandations

Excellent produit
Un produit d’un grand soutien, efficace, avec ces compléments de minéraux, je l’utilise avec un complément de fer (anémie), depuis je me sens nettement mieux. Ravie de reprendre cette plante Griffonia sous une autre forme! La question faut-il continuer
