Magnesium improves nervous, psychological and emotional balance. It is also essential for muscular contraction (especially in the heart).
It plays a fundamental role in over 300 metabolic reactions in the body.
Unfortunately, despite its important role in ensuring proper bodily function,
75% of the population suffers from magnesium deficiency.
Even with a balanced diet, the recommended daily intake is rarely reached1 and this can cause feelings of tiredness, increased nervousness, cramps and muscular tremor (such as twitching eyelids).
When faced with these problems, taking magnesium supplements can be useful but it is important to check the type of magnesium preparation used, as not all magnesium salts will work.
Some latest-generation salts, however, like magnesium bisglycinate, are particularly well assimilated and tolerated in the intestine.
On this basis, MAGNEFOR® has been formulated using a bisglycinate form of magnesium.
In addition, its high concentration of magnesium (300 mg per daily dose) helps meet needs even in cases of severe deficit.
MAGNEFOR® also contains Vitamin B6, Vitamin D and Taurine which complement the action of the magnesium.

Ingredients
Ingredients: Buffered amino-chelated magnesium, plant capsule (HPMC, colours: copper complex of chlorophylls), maltodextrin, taurine, emulsifier: magnesium salts of fatty acids, anti-agglomerant: silica, cholecalcicferol (Vitamin D), pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6).
